Know exactly what to fix on Monday.

AI race intelligence for competitive swim coaches. Every swimmer gets a race debrief built from the meet results you already have: where the pace broke down, why, and which sets to add next week.

After every meet, the same spreadsheet

Coaches copy splits out of meet results, rebuild the same charts and then write feedback swimmer by swimmer. With 15 to 25 meets a season that is a second job. Existing tools either collect more data or store results; few tell you what to change.

Hours back per meet

Results go in, debriefs come out. No manual entry.

Prescriptive, not descriptive

Each debrief ends in specific training focus, not just a chart.

Zero hardware

Works from result files. No wearables to buy, charge or lose.

Year-round value

Swim meets happen every month, so the analysis does too.

How SplitIQ works

Four steps from the final event to Monday's practice plan.

Import results

Upload a HY-TEK SDIF export or a posted results file. Splits, strokes, relay legs and DQs are parsed for you.

Model the race

Actual splits are compared with an optimal pacing curve for the event, age group and gender.

Write the debrief

Plain coach language: what happened, the likely driver, and the focus for the next block of training.

Share it

Team dashboard for staff, a simple swimmer card for parents, and next-meet goal projections.

What a debrief looks like

Illustrative example, not real swimmer data.

200 Free, example swimmer
Back half was 3.1% slower than projected. Main driver: stroke rate fades after the 150, a pattern repeated across the last three meets.
Focus: 4 x 50 descending stroke-count sets at aerobic threshold, three times this week.
Next meet: hold rate through the 150 and the projection improves.

Built for head coaches of mid-size clubs

If you run two or three practices a day, attend a meet most months and do your own analysis in Excel, this is for you. Club, high school and masters coaches all work from the same result files.

Club head coaches

50 to 200 swimmers, one person doing the analysis.

High school coaches

Short seasons, many athletes, little time.

Masters and self-coached

Race analysis without a full coaching staff.

Questions coaches ask

What is a race debrief?

A short, swimmer-specific report generated from meet results: split pacing against an optimal curve for the event, where the race was won or lost, and a prioritised training focus for the next week. Coaches get a team view ranked by gap to projection, plus a simplified card parents can read.

Do I need to enter data or buy hardware?

No. SplitIQ is designed to work from result files you already receive after every meet, such as HY-TEK SDIF exports, with no wearables and no video upload required.

Which events and strokes are covered?

Individual and relay events in all four strokes, short course and long course, with pacing models calibrated by event, distance, age group and gender.

Does SplitIQ replace my team management software?

No. It is the analysis layer on top. Keep your workout writing, roster and billing tools; SplitIQ reads results and, where you allow it, training volume, to connect race outcomes to practice.

What data does it use, and is it safe for youth swimmers?

Split times from posted meet results, which are already public. No biometric or health data, and no video of minors without explicit consent.
